The place was super comfy and spotless, but the location isn’t near anything as advertised, you can’t pay by credit card, the currency conversion rate was bad, and it’s not suitable for those without a car.

The location and staff were the real stars of this place. Getting to Lock Hard Estate was a breeze, just a 5-minute drive with no traffic jams to speak of - a welcome relief from the chaos of Munnar Town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand, and the chefs did an amazing job of whipping up fresh, delicious meals every time.

The staff at this hotel really made my stay, especially the manager Abi, Ali, and Kalam who went out of their way to help. The view from my room was lovely, with a partial sunrise that was a nice bonus. Breakfast on the 14th was a highlight, with a delicious veg kuruma and chapathi that set me up for the day. However, dinner on the 13th was a bit of a letdown - the fried rice and chicken veg gravy were overpriced for what they were.
