“Very disappointed in our stay. Beds are hard, Wi-Fi didn’t work, could not understand person at desk”

We liked the big cat in the hotel and the large bathtub with jets, but the beds were extremely hard and the photos online didn’t match what we saw.

Nothing. I travel for work and stay in hotels all over the country and this was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. We booked it for 2 nights and after the first night because we arrived at 9:00p.m left and went else where. Mold, bugs, people lingering oit side, smelled like a dispensary. Total lack of care and upkeep on the property

“It was very disappointing.”

It was a bed and a place to try to get some rest, and the staff did try to reassure us after a complaint. Thank you. The facility really needs a major upgrade; we had to change rooms because the AC leaked water onto the floor, there were minimal amenities, and I didn’t like the German brown roach.

“Would never stay again felt so gross staying here if we didn’t get there so late I definitely would of found a different”

The spot was great, but the beds were both dirty.
