Everything was good. However, the balcony door was broken and the wardrobe was broken, so there was nowhere to put our stuff.

“Stay was ok, good location, some improvements needed.”

Breakfast was very good. Special mention to the lady who prepared our breakfast, thankyou and your efforts were very much appreciated. Location is close to Lemon beach which is free for public access. The hotel has access to 2 private beaches bella beach and amoor beach. Both are walkable but bella is further. Bella is the better of the 2, they let you use the sunbeds and no requirement to purchase anything. Amoor beach lets you use the sunbeds but you have to make a min 10 dollar purchase. There is no shuttle service to the beaches though this is stated on the lists of services offered by the hotel. There is no iron or iron board available at the hotel. Asked the hotel about an ironing service and got a we dont know response from the one of the young receptionists there who was generally pretty useless [just sat around playing on his phone all day long]. Swimming pool was available and OK size. Could have done with a daily clean. Room sizes are small. Not much space to move around or store luggage cases. Our AC was working but not at full speed, was looked at but think they just adjusted the setting which made a little difference. Balconies are small. Free peach juice on offer throughout the day which was quite nice. Tea/Coffee free during breakfast otherwise need to pay. Staff were generally OK but no particularly helpful when asked about ironing services in the area. One guy who was at the reception for the last few days we were there was very good. He helped us with the bus and recommending a good baclava place. The hotel has a taxi button outside so you can call a taxi. Bus stop within 10 min walk. Shops and restaurants all within 10 min walk. No laundry service available. No ironing service or irons available. No laundry service. Pool should get daily clean. AC in our room was not working optimally. Rooms are small. Balconies are small. No shuttle to any of the beaches. Breakfast was good and varied and well prepared. Thankyou again to the lady who did that. There was also a ukaranian lady who did the cleaning who was very nice and helpful Overall we managed here but just be aware of the things i mentioned above

Everything was really filthy and disgusting. A lot of escorts came in and made a lot of noise. The woman at reception was confronted about it!!

The staff were friendly, kind, and nice. The stay was unpleasant: both the room and corridor smelled strongly of smoke. Even though the staff moved me to a different room, the hotel allows smoking, so the smell seeped through the door all night. The facilities were outdated, and the overall environment felt neglected. It was definitely not a restful experience.

I’m furious about this hotel. I booked a triple room for two adults and a child, expecting a double and a single bed, but they handed us a standard room with only one bed, forcing my pregnant wife, our 5‑year‑old daughter and me to share it. It looks like my reservation was given to someone else, and I’ve already filed a complaint on the booking site. The receptionist was shockingly rude, telling us at 1:30 am that if we weren’t happy we could leave and find another hotel—unacceptable with a pregnant woman and a child. The room was dirty; I saw blood stains on the sheets and suspect bed bugs, with photos to prove it. I strongly advise against staying here: the room didn’t match the reservation, the staff showed zero respect, hygiene was terrible, and no solution was offered—an outright disaster.
