The bathroom/WC was outdated, the entire shower cabin was dirty, the bedding had a lot of hair and stains, the room’s soundproofing was poor so traffic noise from the big street was loud, the windows didn’t seal properly, and I won’t stay here again; breakfast was just fried rice noodles without meat or vegetables, basically the cheapest food they offer; on the second day we had to eat outside at the restaurant; we had rooms 123 and 101, so the experience was inconsistent, and there were many other dissatisfactions; we traveled from Bandung to Bekasi for one night, also stayed at Hotel Horizon, where we had two rooms but there was a huge difference between Amaris and Horizon.

The breakfast was quite extensive for a 2‑star hotel.

The parking space for cars was fairly large, the food was decent, there was a children’s pool though it wasn’t huge, and the location was convenient. At check‑in the room door wouldn’t open, yet the hotel staff acted quickly and replaced the door handle.
