Das Zimmer war jeden Morgen gut aufgeräumt und sauber geputzt. Herzlichen Dank an die fleissigen Damen, die dafür besorgt waren. Das Essen war top und die Auswahl gross. Ich hätte lieber einen anderen Sitzplatz im Restaurant gehabt. Aber ich habe mich sehr spät gemeldet, deshalb war das auch ok

Great dinner cuisine and good room equipment. The breakfast selection was limited, especially the bread, and most items were gone by 10:30 am even though breakfast ran until 11 am. The hotel bar had no clear organization, the cocktails were bland, and the restaurant manager’s communication was poor and not customer‑focused.

The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic for our daughter, and the small kiddie pool was a nice refreshment. The rooms are dated, so the floor creaked with every step.

The room’s size, balcony view, and the surrounding scenery were great. The food quality could improve, especially breakfast, but it was still high‑level. I also liked the spa area, both the pools and the quiet sauna zone. The parking was too small. The afternoon snack didn’t include any drinks, which required an extra charge. What bothered me most was that, upon arrival, a receptionist accused me of scratching her parked car while I was parking mine. She called the police, who found that the shape of the two cars made it impossible for me to have scratched hers, as I had already tried to explain. I spent the first three hours of my stay dealing with this, and the receptionist was accompanied by a colleague. In the following days no one apologized. Every time I passed the reception, no one greeted me. I wonder if the hotel management even knows about this incident.

Everything was great – the building, the staff, the services. This was my third time here. The only downside was that the room assigned to me was too hot.
