The room was very comfortable and cozy, just a stone’s throw from the city centre, with private parking.

I gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orvieto, thanks to its location—really just steps from the Duomo, right in the centre, the internal parking (something not to be overlooked) for leaving the car, and the kindness of the staff. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.

The place was spotless and just a stone's throw from the city center, but it would have been nicer if breakfast had offered some fresh options instead of just whatever was available.
An amazing room with a bathroom and toilet that’s part of a small flat unit—shared kitchen, fridge near the second room. A small terrace where you can have breakfast every day. Close to the city centre, within reach of excellent restaurants, bars and cafés. We’ll definitely come back sometime.
Unbeatable. Gorgeous accommodation/equipment, everything clean and fragrant. A beautiful balcony that invited you to sit with a glass of wine and offered a genuine Italian atmosphere. A kitchen that is shared with the room next door, but we were lucky to have great neighbours and didn’t interfere at all. I would love to return someday. Nothing else.
