Breakfast was provided, and the hotel was within walking distance of many sights, but the breakfast area was overcrowded, lacking sufficient seating and food for everyone, and more staff would have helped keep the food supply up.

“Good value for money in a great location for some major tourist attractions.”

The location was great for walking to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, various restaurants, a Walgreens, and a downtown bus stop; the room was comfortable, with basic décor and a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast offered diverse options each day, especially the cinnamon buns if you arrive early. The staff were helpful and the foyer pleasant, though the parking lot felt a bit cramped and the street location was less appealing, but the interior and location more than compensated for these minor drawbacks.

“I will not be back.”

Room was not cleaned while we were there until we finally complained that ee needed it cleaned and fresh towels and coffee, etc. That service only replaced towels nothing else. We ran out od toilet tissie. Breakfast was ok, but did not seem cooked enough. I have NEVER had to pay parking at a hotel I stayed at . This was a shock to have to do that here. They also would not give me q senior discount. I am75 years old. I will not be staying there again. I did notl ike having to pay for my parking at your hotel. I didn't like that my room was not cleaned. I stayed 4 nights and spent most days at the hospital. When I came back to the room the room was not cleaned so I had to do that myself. For the price , I would think I was paying for that service

Breakfast was fantastic with many choices and excellent coffee, but the bed felt like sleeping on a board—extremely hard.

The staff were friendly, though the coffee machine needed servicing, which we managed to fix ourselves.
