“Publicidad engañosa!!”
The only redeeming factor was the location; it’s a short walk from the center. One of the staff members was friendly and let us stash our luggage before check‑in. But be careful when booking: when we paid, they told us the rate shown on Booking didn’t match the room they offered and tried to charge us almost twice as much for a room that matched the Booking price. We’d just come from an all‑night trip and had no energy to look elsewhere, so they showed us a room they claimed was the correct price: very basic. By the time we accepted it, it was late and we noticed the bathroom walls were cracking, exposing fiberglass, which is dangerous to breathe in, and there was used soap in the bathroom. The toilet also leaked, and when we reported it to a receptionist, she just asked if it was a problem for us 🥴 Terrible, and don’t let Booking mislead you into paying a high rate for a room in such poor condition.

The hotel was pretty. You have to request the heater 30 minutes ahead, the pillows, the TV – it’s very small and there’s no TV in the room.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the mattresses were hard.
Parking – I had a misunderstanding there. They’re very clueless.
