Location, close to central sq.but also to the sea. Nice views from breakfast lounge and, even better, restaurant on top. Breakfast becomes repetitive in case you are staying for more than 2 days
The crew were outstanding, especially the front desk gentleman Hassam near the hotel from the square, and the rooms were tidy. The only downside was the lack of a bidet in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our time at Funda hotel; the buffet breakfast was tasty and the location let us stroll into the city centre and along the beach. The room was neat, cozy and clean, though a little cramped. Mr Hussam at reception was especially helpful, arranging daily tours and transport at fair rates, and the housekeeping staff were pleasant too. I’d definitely recommend it.

Thank you, Fonda, and thank you, Mr. Hossam—he is the reason for my high rating. I recommend this hotel for its great location, good price, and very refined staff.

The location is excellent, just a 7‑minute walk to Maydan and a 5‑minute walk to the beach, and supermarkets are nearby and open late. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff—especially Mr. Hussam—are very good. Breakfast is tasty and offers an excellent sea view. The rooms are a bit small and the sound isolation is only average.
