The location is perfect, 10 min from the central square, right in the souk, with many restaurants. The staff are very friendly. The setting is beautiful, a typical mix of hotel and riad. The restaurant is great. Wifi is very weak or non‑existent in the room. There is no mini‑fridge or safe. The lighting in the room is a bit dim. The TV doesn’t work. Breakfast choices are limited. The pool is not heated.

A warm welcome from the entire hotel staff and a roomy, tidy, nicely decorated room, plus a perfect spot for wandering around the Medina.

Everything was perfect at this Riad. The location is ideal, right at the entrance of the Medina, easy to reach and in a very secure street. The welcome and staff are lovely and caring. The décor is beautiful, clean, and the indoor pool is superbly fresh. This is our favorite Riad in Marrakech. Nothing to complain about; everything is flawless.
