The pools and Jacuzzis, both indoor and outdoor, were truly awesome

“Great until our debit card was charged 2days later and the room was paid for in advance through book”
The pool was awesome. Marriott charged our debit card 2 days for our stay, even though we paid in advance through booking. We have not received a refund for this fraudulent charge. We contacted Management and have had no response as of 7/30. A staff member did tell my husband to email Again where we paid booking. This is not acceptable and we would greatly appreciate this matter to be resolved. It’s been over a month and no help.

I was really impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, which made it easy to get around. The facilities were also very nice, but unfortunately, I encountered a bit of a problem when I arrived - the air in my room stopped working because the balcony door had been left open. Thankfully, the front desk staff allowed me to check in early, but the room was dirty when I got there, which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel's pool was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the location wasn't ideal for me. It was a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to get around.
The room was clean, the balcony was nice, and the staff were friendly. I liked everything.

The hotel lived up to its promises and offered plenty of activities to keep me entertained, but unfortunately, the bed was a major letdown. It felt like I was sleeping on a sheet of plywood with sheets on top, which made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.
