The location was great, yet everything else was just okay.

The hotel's construction is top-notch, but unfortunately, the staff lets it down. From the get-go, the evening guard was pretty rude, and things only got worse with the Reception Manager trying to pull a fast one on us. They tried to give us a room without a window, even though our booking said otherwise. After some back-and-forth, we ended up with a room in the back that faced another building - not ideal.

Honestly, it's a good hotel, but the decor could use a bit of work. That's my two cents, anyway.
