“Gutes Potential, aber ausbaufähig”
The lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly, as was the rest of the staff, at least toward guests, but less so among themselves. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were tidy and clean. The hotel is not actually in Ketzin itself, but in a suburb. There’s basically nothing there, and certainly nothing at all. Also, the hotel restaurant closes on weekends, so you have to look for something to eat in the evenings. The bathroom is about 2 m × 0.6–0.7 m, divided into a shower, sink, and toilet. You can wash your hair on the toilet seat while rinsing, and there are blue stains on the elbows when you wipe. It also seems that foreign‑speaking construction workers were accommodated there. They would roam the grounds at night with loud voices and banging doors. If you sleep on the ground floor with the window open, it’s not pleasant.
