The lobby and pool offered a nice view and the location was convenient. The noise level was high, mosquitoes were everywhere, and dogs barked all night. I booked a sea‑view room but ended up with a balcony overlooking staff bathrooms, and I was woken by staff downstairs at 2 am.

I booked a one‑night stay after leaving the Maldives and heading to Nuwara Eliya the next morning. My flight was delayed, so I arrived late at night, but the staff treated me wonderfully. They upgraded me from a pool‑view room to a larger Lagoon‑View room. The balcony view the next morning was stunning, and breakfast was exceptional thanks to restaurant manager Thuwan. The experience was so good that I returned on my way back for another day in the pool‑view room.

The lagoon view and boat ride were a lot of fun, but the pool area felt cramped for the crowd, and there were no floor mats outside the bathroom door.
