We enjoyed the deck and the lake view, yet the kitchen lacked essential supplies—no skillet or spatula.
The location was spot on, everyone was helpful, and the room was very comfortable; everything was fine.
“Very poor almost went back to office for a refund and go stay somewhere else”
The wildlife is a highlight. We could hear families in the larger condos all night, so we couldn’t go out on the balcony because people near us were smoking—not just cigarettes but marijuana. The ceiling fan squeaked at night, the couch was uncomfortable, the bedding looked used with holes in the blanket, and the sheets didn’t smell clean or look clean. There wasn’t enough lighting in the parking area, making it hard to walk up to our room at night.
“Capital Vacations vouchers”
The location was perfect and the pool was lovely—this lodging tops everything. However, at check‑in Capital Vacations tried to sell us a voucher package, claiming it was an AMEX $200 gift card usable anywhere, but it turned out to be vouchers worth $200 that cost about $30 each for selected attractions or restaurants. We had to pay a $100 deposit, which was refunded after attending a seminar and a tour that included breakfast. I did get my $100 deposit back.
