The place looks nothing like the pictures, everything is old and dirty.

The location is very convenient for visiting Hanoi, but the “private” bathroom is actually on the landing, not private. There’s no elevator, the stairs are narrow and long depending on your floor. The reception is minimalistic, and the photos no longer match what the hotel actually is.

We booked a room advertised as having a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed, but when we arrived the staff said none of those existed.
