The location, room, gym, and pool are great. The food variety and menu quality don’t match the level of the hotel, the air conditioning runs too cold compared to outside, and the complimentary water is only provided on request rather than automatically as it should be.

The rooms are somewhat acceptable. Unfortunately, the hotel is a complete disappointment: it looks lifeless and run‑down, the pools and wooden terrace are broken, swallows nest above the dining area, and the restaurant service is far below the prices and the overall hotel standards. It’s far too expensive for the current miserable condition, and the management is extremely indifferent.

The experience was very disappointing for a hotel of this category. The swimming pool had visible mold around the edges, and we found cat feces in the children’s sandbox two days in a row, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The golf course was also in very poor condition; apart from the tee boxes and greens, most of the course was completely dry and looked more like straw than grass, making it very difficult to enjoy a proper round of golf. Finally, after checking out I realized I had left a pair of shoes in the closet in our room. I contacted the hotel, but they told me the shoes were nowhere to be found. I am certain they were left there, so their disappearance is extremely disappointing and concerning. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance and service were far below what we expected from a hotel of this level.

The additional services, breakfast, client‑requested satisfaction, and room cleaning are good. The pools urgently need reconstruction, especially the mosaics that are submerged. More care and detail are required for the maintenance of the structure, and the external pool flooring is very dangerous for swimmers and needs urgent replacement or repair. The internal pool ceilings are completely unmaintained and require immediate intervention.

The staff were friendly, but the food options were limited.
