Nothing positive. The staff were rude, and they became even more so when I mentioned the broken bed and the TV that didn’t work. I didn’t switch rooms, and the room was stinky—an awful stay.

The only thing that was decent was the front desk staff, but the place was a mess: roaches everywhere, no new towels, and it just smelled awful. I hated the room—stained bedding, more roaches, and a strong bad odor. I definitely won't return.

Nothing positive. Everything was outdated.

I booked a room under my son Andy Theriot’s name, but when I arrived later I didn’t realize I needed to register my vehicle. The night crew had my car towed by AtoZ Towing to the farthest spot in Pueblo, and the tow company stole my key FOB so I couldn’t start my car. I was traveling from BC, paid $350 for towing, and then had to pay $340.00 to Auto Z Locksmith for a new FOB. The whole thing felt like a setup by the night crew—just bad.

The location was fine, but nothing else stood out.
