“Accoglienza, disponibilità e relax!”

I stayed for nine days and the place was a quiet oasis surrounded by greenery, perfect for escaping city chaos. The owners, a lovely family, made me feel at home with warm hospitality, especially during late‑night chats in the garden. Breakfasts were generous, and even when I had to leave early for work, Penny woke up early to ensure I didn't leave without eating. I’ll definitely come back!

The property sits in the green hills of Romagna, with very beautiful and clean rooms and an incredibly warm welcome from Fabio and Penny. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring fresh foods.

“Alla scoperta della Provincia di Rimini lontano dal mare”

We were given a fully equipped apartment with a large kitchen, a spacious and cozy bedroom, a big bathroom with a bathtub, a living room, and a veranda for extra relaxation. Upon arrival, we found white and black grapes produced by the hosts, plus various hot drinks to prepare. Breakfast was excellent, almost on demand. The apartment was impeccably clean, heated, and very bright. Plenty of parking was available. The location is in a semi‑hill area that is absolutely quiet and peaceful, surrounded by woods and meadows with many walking or cycling trails. A restaurant, pizzeria, and other shops are a 5‑minute drive away. The spot is great for reaching both the town and the San Leo fortress 20 minutes east by car, as well as Pennabilli and Sant' Agata Feltria 15 and 25 minutes southwest respectively. San Marino and Rimini are also very close.
