Patty was wonderful and very personable. She prepared an outstanding breakfast every morning and always made time to chat with us. We’ll definitely return to her if we visit Kastelruth again. The rooms were clean, the beds were beautifully fitted, and our room had a lovely view.
The breakfast was extremely good. The host is very dedicated to her guests and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Absolutely recommended.
I felt completely comfortable at this hotel. The owners’ welcome was especially warm – she is incredibly kind and always ready with advice and help. Breakfast truly left no desire unmet and was a wonderful start to my day every morning. My room was entirely adequate and had everything I needed. The whole hotel has a lot of charm and is very nice. The location is also optimal: within a few minutes you can reach the bus stop, shops, and many restaurants. I would come back anytime!

Patty is a delight and very attentive. When I told her my friend was lactose intolerant, she made sure there was always a lactose‑free brick available at breakfast, which by the way is very good and complete. I would definitely repeat the experience.
