Our stay at Hotel Portales del Tayrona was outstanding from the start, with staff who made us feel welcome and attended to every need. The food was delicious and special, with dishes we truly enjoyed. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained, especially the diverse flora and fauna around the hotel. The on‑site nursery added a lively touch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, all designed to make guests feel at ease and relaxed. It was the perfect spot for a family holiday: the kids felt safe and could play on the sports fields and in the common areas, while we adults could unwind. Another big plus was the proximity to the entrance of Tayrona National Park in Calabazo; we took advantage of a hike there and could return to the hotel in the evening without trouble, enjoying its comfort and calm. Highly recommended for families or couples looking for a break. We will definitely return, and the prices are fair for the quality offered. A truly wonderful experience we wholeheartedly recommend.
