The location is excellent, right near the center of the ancient town. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, the buffet breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are nice and friendly. The pool area gets very crowded and sun chairs are almost always taken, so you have to time your visits carefully.

The spot is great. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and everything in Hoi An is within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent in every aspect, helpful staff, set in extensive relaxing courtyard gardens, balcony room overlooking. Whole place is large and airy with many nooks to sit. Good range of food apart from the usual sugary cereals. Each room has 2 large umbrellas which needed as was bucketing down rain for my stay. Recommend Uncle Hunn cafe on left toward river in main street, coukd sit forever upstairs. . Constant swarm of touts in the old city walking zone
