Breakfast was just okay, the pool was unclean, and the front desk service was poor. I work for Marriott in front desk, customer service and reservations, so simple requests like a bottle of cheap water caused friction with the young lady; she seemed distant to me but friendly to others, which felt discriminatory. The pool stairs were slick and a potential hazard; the water wouldn't shut off, forcing me to run in the office with a towel before it flooded, and maintenance had to intervene because the faucet was jammed.
