Paradiso Relais

The room and bathroom were good and comfortable. The host gave us the wrong address even though I specifically asked for it, so we parked 1 km away and still didn’t find the right place. She also didn’t respond to my messages and calls. We then walked to the correct address. The room code didn’t work even after multiple attempts, so we opened the door with a key. If that had gone smoother, it would have been a nice place. The correct address is Via Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, Villaggio Paradiso, 4! Not V. Consolare Pompea, 5!!! The location is also not ideal because it’s far from the old town.

The room itself was nice. The parking area is awful; I spent a lot of time circling to find a spot and never found one, so I always parked in questionable places. The building is a residential block in a suburban area with many locals, and there’s almost never anyone on site; the rooms are all close together, so noise is noticeable. The photos are wrong because the management has changed, there’s no kitchen, and no breakfast. Beware that the balconies are also connected with small dividers, giving guests little privacy and no staff on site—only WhatsApp and phone calls.
