The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and responsive, but the lighting in the halls and rooms was poor—far below any hotel I’ve stayed in—making it almost impossible to apply makeup even in the bathroom. The other major issue was the low water pressure in the shower; it was slightly better on the 3rd floor than the 6th floor but still quite low.

The location is great. We ran into an issue with breakfast because of a communication lapse from booking, but the hotel manager was incredibly kind and very helpful. We loved it! The breakfast lacked organization and variety.

I liked the view and the bathroom. I also liked the hotel’s ambiance; it was really cute. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and I don’t like the ceiling.
