The spot is ideal, quiet, and the staff are very friendly and efficient; the rooms are good, the view is nice, and the air‑conditioning works. On the downside, there are no extra items like cotton pads, and the 24/7 food service is slow.

The hotel is very beautiful and large, with a very spacious room. It leans toward business, located in a business district rather than a tourist area except for Moon Bay. We chose it to be close to the university residences where my son was, so it fit us perfectly. The indoor pool is huge, and there’s a gym. The restaurant offers a wide selection, but it would help to have sample photos of the dishes for clients unfamiliar with Chinese cuisine.

The check‑in and check‑out were excellent, the place was very clean, and there were good restaurant options and a gym. The staff were very helpful, especially Lumi. It’s ideally located for business nearby, and there’s a nice walk along the lake.

The spot was well placed near Dushu Lake, yet breakfast was terrible—lots of items but poor quality, and the small room separating the breakfast area smelled awful; hallway and elevator odors were also unpleasant, with cigarette and stale smells, and the so‑called upgraded fifth‑floor city‑view room only showed weeds and pipes. Staff service needs improvement; when we asked the front desk for a sewing kit late on 8/30, the clerk said it was available but then tended to another guest, leaving us waiting even though the request would have taken seconds. The disorganized handling suggests a training issue.
