The staff were friendly and helpful, and when one of our guests left a pair of earrings at check‑out, they quickly let us know housekeeping had turned it in and kept it safe until a friend could pick it up – very honest people!

The place was clean, spacious, with good bedding and a great bathroom, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, the TV had no channels, and there was no service to watch anything.

The central location was convenient and the staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the room was modern and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. However, the stay was disappointing and not worth the price: there was no trash bin or cable TV in the room, Wi‑Fi was very slow, slippers were missing, and a hair dryer was only available on request. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, with dirty floor mats, a sink that didn’t drain well, and no hot water in the shower. We asked for an extra blanket, were charged for it, and received a creased, unironized one, which felt unreasonable. The breakfast buffet offered very few options and was underwhelming. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and offers poor value for money.

The staff were accommodating, but there was no garbage bin inside the room except for the one in the bathroom.
