Unfortunately, I showed up to find the hotel was closed. I'm still waiting for my payment to be refunded, which is not exactly what I'd call a smooth experience.

The hotel's location is pretty great, but it's a shame the water service was out of commission until after 11 pm. No shower or toilet for hours is a pretty basic expectation that wasn't met, and I think I deserve a refund for that.

I stayed here, and it was fine, I guess. Not a lot to say about it, really.

I'm not really sure what to say - everything was fine, and there's nothing I can complain about. Maybe that's the problem?
