We liked that it was on the dune side. It had a pontoon and was secured with glass. The view from the pontoon was superb. The rooms were clean. The house isn’t insulated, so all the noise can be heard. We stayed on the ground floor, and from above we could hear every step taken by those staying in the upper apartment. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled strongly of drain. The shower water pressure was sometimes very weak. There was a strong odor of air freshener. We removed it outside so we could escape the smell.

The view. The mattresses should be replaced, or at least a topper put on them.

LOCATION, FRESHNESS, EXPANSION. There are no unpleasant things at this location.
