The hotel sits in a charming part of Palermo, and the owner and staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked tourist questions. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, though we wished it had more plug sockets for charging powerbanks, and the bathroom needed a bit of TLC because the lack of ventilation caused some mould.
