The location and cleanliness were good, and the staff handled reasonable requests, but the service was very slow. Breakfast had shortages, including cups and bowls.

The hotel is good but not quite five stars. There are no natural juices at breakfast, which is a downside for guests with children. The steam room costs $10 per person; I paid because I was with a small child, yet other guests used it without paying. It was slippery.

Breakfast was excellent, with free tea, coffee, and sweet treats available all day. The complimentary airport shuttle was reliable and convenient. The pool was great, and the TV selection was large. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. There was nothing to complain about.
