“Świetne miejsce na nocleg w trasie”
The breakfast was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. It was a great stopover spot, with the stay including access to the aquapark, pool towels, and bathrobes, so we could also unwind. Apart from the receptionist, the staff worked normally and we didn’t face any unpleasant situations; everyone was very courteous and helpful, and the women preparing breakfast and serving the breakfast room were very dedicated—breakfast was truly fantastic, with a huge selection and everything fresh and tasty. The only downside was the extremely unfriendly receptionist, who seemed to work as if on penalty, perhaps because we didn’t like her, but we’ve never encountered such a cold and somewhat rude attitude at the reception before, and it’s the “face” of the place for new guests. We waited quite a while for service after arrival, used the bell, and when the lady finally came she was very tired, which was really unpleasant; we felt like intruders.
