“Agradável. Relaxante.”
The team is kind and always very available. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained, and the heated pool is a highlight. The lobby is spacious, as is the dining hall, nicely decorated and split into three areas. Breakfast is well served, with options like pies and breads that vary over the days. One area for improvement: the fruit offered is always the same and could have more variety, but the main ones are there. The room‑access system is a bit old‑school, with magnetic cards that sometimes don’t work on the first try and can demagnetize easily, requiring several trips to the reception for remagnetization. The lemon/eucalyptus scent used in the areas near the pool and sauna is quite strong and spreads through the corridors; a milder, subtler fragrance would be preferable in those spaces.
I was first assigned a very bad room with only a small window facing a light well. I asked for a change, was promptly helped, and moved to an excellent room that was much larger, airy, and had a window overlooking the garden in front of the hotel.
“Maravilhosa”
The hotel was comfortable, but the breakfast brand tasted burnt; otherwise the breakfast is excellent.
The hotel is beautiful, very close to the center. Breakfast was very good. This is my second time here… we’ll return. Nothing to add.

The atmosphere was friendly, but I couldn't stay longer.
