“Exceptional service”

The staff were amazing, acting like family—Yolanda, Yousouf, Nancy, Fatima, Manny, the lady who makes eggs for breakfast, and everyone else—making us feel at home and always going the extra mile. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.

Every part of the stay was exceptional: breathtaking room views, flawless, personalized service, supreme comfort in the bed, world‑class on‑site dining, and a serene ambiance that made it a remarkable luxury retreat. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience. However, the experience fell short of a luxury standard because of a few maintenance and service oversights; the room’s soundproofing let in noticeable hallway noise, and the Wi‑Fi was surprisingly slow for a high‑end property. While the property is beautiful, the attention to detail needs improvement.
