Unfortunately, the hotel's proximity to the conference center was significantly misrepresented, leading to a disappointing experience for this guest. The actual distance was nearly four times the advertised 1 kilometer, causing inconvenience and frustration. This misrepresentation had a negative impact on the guest's stay.
