It looks very pretty from the outside, but it disappoints when you arrive. They didn’t have hand towels, we found hair on the bed and it seemed like the sheets hadn’t been changed, which was a real let‑down for the price.

Everything was excellent. Only that there wasn’t enough water and the hot water hardly came out.

The staff communicated well and responded quickly, but that didn’t help because the service never arrived. The coffee machine was broken; a video showed it was broken yet they said it was fine. We asked for fresh towels and more coffee since we were staying several days, and they promised to bring it, but it never came. In stays longer than three days we would have appreciated a quick tidy‑up and towel change.
