The only good thing was the location. The parking spot was more than a kilometre away, and the steep stairs to the room were a mess, making it really hard to get in. The room was tiny, with no space to open two suitcases. Breakfast was awful: no fresh croissants, just store‑packaged ones. I only got one capsule coffee, one yogurt, and a small fresh juice, all in the room instead of a dining area. Using the shower would have required an engineering degree… yeah.

Comodo, limpio, impecable y cerca de todo. Monopoli es una ciudad hermosa y segura. Maurizio nos ayudó x WhatsApp con todo lo q necesitamos. La mampara, no era muy cómoda.

La ubicación, la limpieza y que funciona todo. El acceso es 100 a pie. Escaleras empinadas. Ducha estrecha

The check in was easy and personel helpful, they helped with the car and parking. Room was nice. But it was in a different hotel thanknoriginally booked. As it was lower standard according to pics and no kettle in room, we received free breakfast. I cannot judge Casa nave as I slept on other location. But in general it was ok. What was not practical was central air conditioning for all rooms on the floor, when we changed setting someone else changed them later as they wished so for us was too cold
