The barista was very kind. They charged me an extra €180 without any explanation, the staff were rude, I never returned, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
A great spot, the bartender was very polite and the food tasty, and the administrator Enver was very friendly. The cleaning could be better – broken furniture in the bathroom, mold, problems with hot and cold water, the air‑conditioners were not filtered and nobody cleaned them; I had to scrub them myself in my room and in the kids’ room.

According to the description the room had three beds but only two were there. I couldn’t cancel, and no beds were available. A total disaster overall. The AC worked sporadically, the soundproofing was poor, cleaning was barely done, and the hotel was just a mess. Not recommended.
