The shower didn’t heat up, the sewage was clogged and overflowed into the room, and the breakfast was ridiculous—by 8:30 am there was almost nothing left to eat. I complained, but they told me they would report it to the manager. I will not return to this hotel.

A cama era HORRÍVEL, dividia no meio, dormi muito mal as 2 noites, tive zero conforto nessa hospedagem, não tinha edredom no quarto, tive que descer no meio da madrugada pra pegar na recepção, o café era extremamente fraco, fiquei bem decepcionado, mas o pior foi a cama, muito ruim a qualidade, ela tinha um buraco imenso no meio dela, era impossível de dormir

The location was fine, but the breakfast was simple, the room smelled of cigarette, the TV was old and small, the shower took a long time to heat up, and the toilet needed multiple flushes.
The bed was very good and the room was very clean. The noise is unbearable; there’s a bar next door that stays out until the morning with an intolerable level of sound. I will never go back to this place.
The place was excellently located, close to the mall and restaurants. However, the receptionist who greeted us was awful, while the rest of the staff were friendly. We had to keep asking for room cleaning and towel changes, as it seemed the kitchen staff were on vacation and only two people were handling service. On Saturday, the woman who returned from vacation called the room at 08:45 to say breakfast ended at 09:30, even though we were told it was available every day until 10:00. I don’t recommend it and won’t return.
