Friendly and helpful staff, central location, clean room
The room was lovely, clean and spacious! Daniela was so helpful throughout the check in and out process
Dany, the host was exceptional from the first time we got in touch. Very polite, clear instructions and expedited response to every question. The location was fantastic. Close to train station and downtown area. We were able to store our luggage after check out so we could continue our trip in Naples. I highly recommend this place.
The location was great, close to the center and easy to get to the train station and restaurants. The concierge/security at the main gate was rude and unpleasant at the end when we got stuck using the elevator to get down from the third floor
The host Daniella was exceptionally helpful and communicated frequently throughout our stay. The room was attractive, the bed was comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet at night for a good sleep in a noisy city! The location is close to the historic center and within walking distance of the central train and bus stations. Recommended!
