Great and light private room in the heart of Nice

I spent a fantastic time in the apartment, which feels very homely thanks to its warm décor. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and there was a large desk for work. The building sits a few hundred meters from the old town, so walking everywhere is easy. The most important detail: from the moment I landed to when I reached the apartment, it only took 45 minutes because there’s a direct tram line just a few minutes’ walk away. I’d recommend it to everyone!

“A centrally located and reasonably priced private room option in Nice”

Prime Central Location: The place is in a great spot close to local shops, restaurants, and the main city centre. Reasonable Value for Nice: Since Nice is one of France’s most expensive cities, this accommodation was fairly priced and lived up to expectations for a private room stay. Good First‑Time Private Room Experience: The setup is straightforward for guests trying a shared‑apartment room for the first time. Restricted Facilities: Cooking on the stove and using the washing machine were not allowed. No Elevator & Steep Climb: The older building has no lift, so you have to climb five flights of stairs, which can be tiring with heavy luggage.

Quizás la cercanía del centro, neko es atenta y está dispuesta a ayudar y facilitar la estancia. Si vas pensando que vas a encontrar algo top, no es el caso , calidad precio está bien, para pasar un par de noches o tres suficiente, pero algunas de las instalaciones dejan bastante que desear, la cama y las almohadas pésimas, y se ve que es una casa muy vieja, a la que le han hecho un lavado de cara express. He viajado bastante y es el único lugar en el que me han dicho que no puedo entrar con los zapatos puestos, había que ir descalzo y dejar los zapatos en la entrada (un sinsentido)

“Quiet clean comfortable stay in the heart of Nice”

I had a wonderful stay with Neko—she is lovely. The space is kept very clean and I felt I had plenty of room (the other rooms were even bigger than mine). Quiet and comfortable, and I would definitely stay again. Neko’s home is in a nice neighbourhood in the centre of Nice. The only downside: the bed could have been a bit softer!
