A great bike hotel for a relaxed cycling holiday! The staff are very attentive, everything is clean, and the tasty breakfast gives a good start to the day. The convenient bike storage, the bike wash area and the workshop that guests can use are especially practical. The hotel thinks about cyclists' needs. Highly recommended! No air conditioning – it didn’t bother me in September.

There is a balanced, good breakfast buffet. Requests were fulfilled quickly. You’re 5 minutes away in the mountains, and the public transport gets you to Freiburg City swiftly.
Free parking, no inflated breakfast prices, and a well‑secured bike cellar. For a bike hotel there’s no information about bike routes or tours, and the breakfast room needs renovation.

The breakfast was hearty and healthy, with plenty of fruit and vegetables, fresh dark German bread and croissants, a good coffee selection, and creamy yogurt. The room was bright and clean, decorated with natural materials, and the staff were lively and friendly. It’s suitable for cyclists (as the name suggests) with nature around, and the best of Baden‑Württemberg in the surroundings. It would have been better to check in advance that the nearby cafés are closed on Mondays – fortunately a Swedish restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a varied menu was found nearby, and the train ride from the main station plus a little over 1 km walk to the hotel went well in nice weather, though I’m not sure how it feels on a dark winter evening.
Room, service, and breakfast are very good. The parking spaces are included, and the staff are friendly. No complaints.
