“!!!VORSICHT!!! Rückerstattung der Kaution ist bis heute nicht erfolgt! !!! Vorsicht!!!”
The accommodation and rooms turned out nothing like the pictures suggested; there was no door between the supposed two bedrooms, it was sweltering hot and ventilation was practically impossible. Prices keep rising each year while quality drops, and we are still waiting for the €150 deposit refund. The host never answers emails or even personal messages here, which feels like a slap in the face.
When we arrived the park was already packed, and a weekend over‑booking had messed things up for us. Mistakes happen, but the problem was left to Booking to sort and they finally fixed it after five hours; it would have been courteous for Europarcs to call us, yet we never heard from them.
“Would be better in the cooler seasons when there aren't ants”
The location is nice and the pool/play areas are good. The room, however, had ants; the desk promised to drop something in but never did. The pod was boiling with no airflow, and we couldn’t open the windows because of mosquitoes, so it was about 28 °C inside at night. A utility cupboard next to the sink and microwave was filthy, with mouse droppings and dead ants. The light bulbs were dim, so I had to use my phone’s flashlight to see properly.
We relaxed wonderfully. The walking and cycling surroundings were beautiful, and the cozy house was fully equipped.

When we got there, the cabin lacked toilet paper and bedding, and the front desk had already closed at 5 pm. The next day they only offered one roll of toilet paper even though the cabin has two toilets, forcing us to buy more at the shop—a foolish way to charge customers an extra €5.
