The location and view were gorgeous, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room—complete with a spa, sea view, and outdoor pool—was fantastic. It was very quiet, the breakfast offered little variety, the music during the opening was awful, and there were no tips on things to do or how to get around; only a book listed the cost of everything in the room when it was ruined. There is still room for improvement.

The accommodation was excellent. One problem was with the cleaning crew, who stole some supplies and replaced them with towels to avoid detection; when I checked out, they charged me for the stolen items and the front‑desk employee who stood by them did not understand. They also failed to provide two bottles of water, giving only one, and when I asked for a second, they said it was an accident; overall, there was no integrity from them or the front desk.

The hotel is luxurious, with beautiful grounds, its own beach, an excellent pool, and breakfasts that are very varied and tasty (not all five‑star hotels offer this). The staff are very kind and responsive, and all questions are resolved quickly. The location is ideal: cafés, restaurants, massage parlors, a huge Macro market across the street, a 7‑Eleven five minutes away, exchange offices nearby, and various souvenir and clothing shops. In short, this hotel is perfect for a stay on Ko Chang. I definitely recommend it and already dream of returning next time.
