A lovely, comfortable Japanese room. The onsen, or Rotemburo, was fantastic with a beautiful setup and good water quality. The staff were very helpful, and they prepared a special vegan breakfast for me. Thank you so much for that.

The food quality and quantity were superb both in the morning and evening, and the breakfast congee was especially delicious. The hot spring had a large open-air bath and a private mini open-air bath, each offering a great value that left me very satisfied. The room was spacious, had tatami, and I could relax comfortably. I would definitely come back.

Ideally located for visiting Kumano Sanzan, the descent of the Tsumari Gorge, and the Tamaki Shrine. There’s a shuttle bus for Kumano Kodo trekkers, a very large hot spring, and the breakfast features the famous Onsen Gyu and tasty vegetables.

Perfect for a multi-night stay. The breakfast is very tasty, and the bath is surprisingly spacious, letting your whole body stretch out.
