“Room and facilities were fine, car park not so much.”

Staying on-site for a two‑day seminar was convenient; the chef was fab, the restaurant manager was very good, and the food was good, especially for a mass‑catered event. However, my car was hit while parked in the car park, adding an extra £450 bill. The parking spaces are ridiculously close together, so I’m not surprised, but I’m also very disappointed that the person concerned did not own up to it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, and the evening meal was OK, though it wasn’t to my taste.
