Overall, the stay left good impressions. Almost all staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was cosy, and the first‑floor restaurant pleasantly surprised me—food was truly tasty. We stayed on the first floor next to the reception, so mornings and nights were quite noisy, which slightly lowered comfort. There was also an unpleasant incident at night when a transfer driver rattled chains for his wheels in the corridor and behaved rather unfriendly.
The room was tidy, breakfast was nice, and it was 1.5 km from the central ski area.
Location, staff, cleanliness, and restaurant food were all good. The rooms had poor sound‑proofing.
The room was fairly large, the location was great for skiing, and breakfast was excellent. The downside was that the room was too hot.
There’s a hookah bar with cocktails and food, the kitchen stays open until 23:00 and the bar until 00:00. It’s a decent spot but not a super‑scenic one—this is the lower part of Gudauri, and if you chase the beautiful views it will cost more and be prettier. Breakfast was fine and overall there was enough. Take the hookah if you don’t know how to use it; you’ll still be able to smoke, but if you’re a pro, ask for details on how much water and charcoal to use—service is mediocre, so adjust to your own preferences. I ordered Long Island, which was sour; also ask for everything you want because they don’t know how to accommodate requests.
