I liked the place, but the arrival was a hassle. Check‑in ran from 13:30 to 23:00, yet nobody was on site; a cleaning lady kindly let us wait 15 minutes. The receptionist was just polite enough to register us. And don’t forget your keys—there’s literally no one at reception at any time of day.

The house had charm, and my six‑year‑old was impressed by the furnishings. The breakfast room was also lovely and had everything you could need. The pool area, however, looked a bit neglected and could use more care.

The location was great; everything was within walking distance and the breakfast was very full. When we got there we noticed a slight musty smell, but opening the windows fixed it.
