“Heureusement que l’on était fatigué sinon nous serions partis.”
The staff welcomed us, but the room was dirty, the sheets were unclean, there were dead cockroaches, the toilets were broken, and the shower didn’t work.

The staff were inattentive and communicated poorly. The breakfast, which was included, was served in a separate café that was badly run and didn’t operate at the advertised times.
I found the location perfect for walking to most shops, and the front‑desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet, so you had to ask for everything, even water, and the menu was limited. Still, the manager handled our complaints about previous services very well.

The reception was superb with a nice, helpful team. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, the restaurant was good, and the Wi‑Fi, elevator, and secured motorcycle spot were excellent. It was truly very, very good. The downside was that it got noisy at night because the restaurant below and kids on scooters were loud, and some of the furniture felt a bit old‑fashioned.
