Good location. Nice view and we got a big balcony room. Friendly staffs. Not many options for the vegetarians. Food was costly if ordered from their restaurant

мы приехали раньше времени. несмотря на то, что время заезда начинается в 14-00, мы в 11 уже были в номере и спали после долгого перелета. Персонал был очень любезен и для нашего комфорта было сделано все возможное!

Location in front of river where elephants bathe is fantastic. Do not allow smoking in restaurant. This is unacceptable for tourists in or near an eating area. We would have bought lunch at the restaurant but there were people smoking

The staff were friendly and nothing was a problem, the hotel is in a great location you can see the elephants from your room, dining room or pool area when bathing in the river, they also walk past the hotel to and from the river. No towels in the room but I'm sure you could ask and they would get you some

To watch the Elephants from our balcony was magical. All the staff especially Andrew were wonderful and extremely helpful and very kind. Nothing
